Job Summary

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our property management accounting operations. This is a critical role, and we are moving quickly to hire someone with real, hands-on accounts payable experience. Accuracy, accountability, and the ability to handle high volume are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform data entry for Accounts Payable and assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
- Match invoices with supporting documentation and approvals
- Utilize automated invoice processing tools and accounting systems
- Track, organize, and maintain financial records
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies
- Support general accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required

Qualifications





- Experience in property management accounting, data entry, AR/AP, or bookkeeping
- The idóneo candidate will have property management accounts payable experience OR several years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Knowledge of Smart Bill Entry or other automated invoice processing tools
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar platforms is preferred but not required
- While AppFolio experience is a plus, we will not delay hiring for it
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounts payable workflows
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting systems
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Monday - Friday

· Full-time, 9-6 Monday - Friday CST

· Remote work with consistent availability during business hours
