As an Aeronautical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to technical and administrative personnel in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements, aerospace regulations, and manufacturer specifications. You will also evaluate training effectiveness, support certification processes, and contribute to the continuous development of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training to technical and administrative personnel.
- Develop training courses, materials, and study programs.
- Coordinate and follow up on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Support internal and external audits.
- Manage special process certifications and federal licenses.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee competencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
- Intermediate English.
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as an Aeronautical Instructor or Technical Trainer.
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations, technical documentation, and standard tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
