We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team and manage relationships with affiliate partners, drive traffic, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Manage existing affiliate relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor traffic, conversions, deposits, and affiliate performance.
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve campaign results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure affiliate activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming.




- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of affiliate KPIs, CPA, RevShare, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
