An international technology business that develops AI-enabled CRM, workflow automation, and process solutions for mid-sized and large organizations worldwide is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to connect business challenges with practical AI solutions. This is a customer-facing position that combines business consulting, AI strategy, solution design, and implementation planning.

You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their processes, identify where AI can create measurable value, and turn those opportunities into well-defined AI solutions that technical teams can successfully build and deploy.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Identify and prioritise potential AI agent and automation use cases based on expected business value, feasibility and implementation complexity.
- Develop AI adoption plans and help customers determine where intelligent automation can have the greatest impact.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution concepts, functional requirements and implementation specifications.
- Design AI-powered workflows and agent-based solutions that automate repetitive activities or improve existing business processes.
- Define how AI solutions should connect with existing enterprise environments, including CRM,



ERP, SaaS platforms, APIs, workflows and MCP-based integrations.
- Establish appropriate success metrics, controls and operational guardrails for proposed AI solutions.
- Prepare solution documentation and specifications that engineering and implementation teams can use during delivery.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams throughout pre-sales, implementation and adoption.
- Present AI concepts, recommendations and roadmaps to senior customer stakeholders and executives.

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, discovery and solution design.
- Previous experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Business Consulting, Solution Implementation or a similar customer-facing technology role.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents and business process automation.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing or launching an AI-powered solution or AI agent.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations and enterprise software environments.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
