Location: Mexico City – Punto Polanco

At Advantech, we are looking for an Online Sales Engineer to join our team in Mexico City.

This role combines technical knowledge, customer service, Inside Sales, and business development, supporting customers throughout their purchasing process, identifying sales opportunities, and recommending technical solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on online sales opportunities.
- Manage Inside Sales activities by proactively following up with prospects and customers, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up throughout the sales process.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, sector, or vertical.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely customer support.
- Submit sales reports and maintain accurate opportunity records.

What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Junior Sales, Online Sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience selling technical products or solutions.




- Experience in industrial PCs, PC control, or application engineering is a plus.
- English: B1–B2.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset.
