SkySun is hiring driven Appointment Setters throughout Mexico to support our U.S. electrical and energy services campaigns.

We’re an international company supporting call center operations across multiple U.S. campaigns. You’ll help create qualified appointments for our high-ticket sales campaigns—starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and connecting interested prospects with the sales team.

This role involves high-volume outbound cold calling. We’re looking for people who enjoy the challenge, stay focused under pressure, and want to become excellent at what they do.

Compensation and opportunity

- Monthly earning potential: Approximately MXN 15,290–42,047+, including base pay and performance-based commissions.
- Guaranteed base: Equivalent to approximately MXN 15,290 per month, paid weekly or biweekly depending on your arrangement.
- Commissions paid monthly: Presente earnings depend on performance and the applicable campaign’s commission plan. The upper earnings figure is potential compensation, not guaranteed pay.
- Paid training: Get paid while learning the campaign, offer, and appointment-setting process.
- Fully remote: Work from home anywhere in Mexico.
- Two shift options: Both operate Monday through Friday. Available hours and shift selection will be discussed during your interview.

Peso figures are approximate equivalents of USD-denominated compensation and may vary with exchange rates. Monthly figures represent average equivalents; base payments follow the weekly or biweekly schedule.

You will

- Make outbound cold calls to U.S. prospects for electrical and energy services campaigns.
- Explain the campaign’s offer clearly and professionally.
- Ask relevant questions, identify interest, and qualify prospects.
- Handle objections with confidence, patience, and respect.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments.
- Apply feedback and take ownership of improving your results.

Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telesales, or call center sales is valuable.

Schedule and work arrangement

- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday, with two available shifts.
- Employee or independent-contractor arrangements may be available; the applicable terms will be confirmed during the hiring process.
- Applicants must be based in Mexico.

Your home-office setup

You must provide your own:

- Reliable computer capable of running calling and work applications.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection; a wired connection is preferred.
- Quality headset with a clear microphone.
- Quiet, professional workspace suitable for outbound calls.

Equipment is not provided.
