- Manage paid social campaigns through Meta Business Suite, from execution through performance analysis and optimization.

- Monitor social media and campaign metrics to understand what is driving engagement, leads, and growth.

- Support SEM and SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and campaign coordination.

- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.

- Coordinate marketing events, activations, and other initiatives involving patients, providers, or partners.

- Collaborate closely with the broader team to translate company priorities into marketing campaigns and content.

- Identify new content ideas, trends, channels, and experiments that can help heva reach more patients and providers.

- Balance creative execution with a performance-driven mindset, continuously testing and improving what works.

You’re the person they’re looking for if you have...

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar hands-on marketing role.

- Experience managing social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.





- Strong understanding of short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and social-first creative formats.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

- Ability to analyze campaign and content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.

- Familiarity with SEO and SEM fundamentals.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Availability to work in person from Mexico City.
