- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operation Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operation, project management or administrative leadership, ideally within digital media, entertainment, telecommunications or tech startups.
- Exceptional organizational and process-driven mindset with the ability to turn chaotic workflows into clean, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong command of data tracking tools (advanced Excel, data dashboards or project management software).
- High attention to detail, specifically regarding contract compliance, metadata management and financial tracking structures.

Job Specification Deal Transition & Onboarding: Take over closed contracts and partnerships from the Business Development team to initiate seamless onboarding for artists, record labels and content distributors.

Catalog & Content Operations: Oversee the ingestion, metadata tagging, quality control, and publishing of music catalogs,



albums and exclusive content onto the streaming platform.

Rights & Compliance Management: Maintain accurate records of licensing agreements, copyright documentation, and territorial rights expiration dates in coordination with legal and finance teams.

Royalty & Financial Operations: Coordinate with finance and accounting to ensure accurate tracking of streams, revenue shares and timely royalty payouts to artists and labels.

Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the operational bridge between Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure promotional campaigns, artist features and content releases launch smoothly.

Process Optimization: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking templates, and workflow pipelines to streamline post-deal wrap-up and minimize turnaround times.
