We are looking for an experienced System Operations Support Engineer to support a banking technology environment.

The role will primarily focus on application/system operations and job scheduling management, rather than infrastructure-level support. The candidate will be responsible for managing scheduled jobs, monitoring system operations, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day application operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor scheduled jobs and batch processing activities.
- Create, configure, modify, and maintain jobs using scheduling tools such as JP1 or Tivoli
- Monitor job execution and identify failed, delayed, or abnormal jobs.




- Perform operational troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure scheduled processes and application operations run smoothly.
- Perform daily operational checks and monitoring activities.
- Investigate operational incidents and support timely resolution.
- Maintain operational procedures, job schedules, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with application development, support, and business teams when required.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities related to system operations.

Mandatory Skills
- Experience in System Operations / Application Operations Support
- Hands-on experience with Job Scheduling and Job Management
- Experience in job creation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
- Experience with scheduling tools such as: JP1, Tivoli
- Similar enterprise job scheduling tools
- Strong operational troubleshooting and monitoring skills
- Good understanding of batch processing and scheduled jobs
- English communication Mandatory
