Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst – Automotive Industry

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst to join our After-Sales & Supply Chain team. This role is critical to ensuring parts availability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for spare parts using historical consumption, seasonality, and market trends.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Analyze dealer ordering behavior, parts turnover, and service patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate replenishment , allocation, and safety stock adjustments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly demand planning reports , KPIs, forecast accuracy dashboards, and inventory health indicators.
- Support new model launches and service campaigns by estimating parts demand and required inventory.
- Work closely with After-Sales, Warehouse, and HQ teams to align forecasts, resolve supply issues, and improve service levels.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,



Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration , or related field.
- Maximum 1 - 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or spare parts management in automotive industry. Other industry will be not consider.
- Solid knowledge of forecasting models , inventory management concepts, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency.
