Formarás parte del equipo de Revenue Growth Management (RGM) , apoyando el análisis y ejecución de nuestra estrategia promocional y generando insights que contribuyan a mejores decisiones de negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

● Apoyar al equipo de RGM Promo en la ejecución, seguimiento y análisis del proceso promocional.

● Analizar el desempeño de promociones a través de indicadores como elasticidad, uplift, ROI e inversión promocional .

● Dar seguimiento a resultados reales vs. estimados , identificando desviaciones, aprendizajes y oportunidades de mejora.

● Gestionar y mantener actualizadas bases de datos de clientes, productos, precios y promociones , asegurando la calidad de la información.

● Elaborar cierres mensuales, reportes y análisis de desempeño por categoría.

● Dar seguimiento a la correcta implementación de precios y promociones aprobadas .

● Transformar datos en insights y recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones del equipo de RGM.

● Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de la estrategia promocional .

● Colaborar con diferentes áreas del negocio para desarrollar una visión integral de cómo las decisiones de precio y promoción impactan el crecimiento y la rentabilidad .

¿Qué buscamos?

● Estudiantes de últimos semestres de Economía, Actuaría, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Business Analytics, Administración o carreras afines ,



con interés en desarrollar una carrera en áreas comerciales y analíticas.

● Perfil analítico y numérico , con capacidad para trabajar con información, identificar tendencias y generar conclusiones.

● Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado .

● Inglés intermedio-avanzado .

● Pensamiento estructurado, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.

● Curiosidad por entender el negocio y cómo las decisiones de precio y promoción impactan las ventas y rentabilidad .

● Capacidad de aprendizaje, iniciativa y disposición para trabajar de manera colaborativa.

Será un plus contar con conocimientos de Power BI, SQL, herramientas de visualización de datos o estadística aplicada.

No es necesario contar con experiencia previa en RGM: buscamos personas con potencial, curiosidad y ganas de desarrollar habilidades analíticas y comerciales .
