CINCO is building an internal suite of AI automation systems that run real parts of the business — content generation, retention operations, data pulls from carrier portals,



reporting across every state we’re licensed in. Not demos. Systems the U.S. team uses every day. You’ll build them end to end with the AI Automation Team Lead.

What you’ll build

- AI automation pipelines with LangGraph and LLMs (OpenAI / OpenRouter) — agents, prompts, orchestration
- Browser automations with Playwright across carrier portals, vendor systems, and data sources
- FastAPI backends, data pipelines, and integrations (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Third-party API integrations — Google Sheets, ClickUp, carrier and vendor systems
- Dockerized services you own from commit to production, with logging and monitoring so we know something broke before the team does
- Features planned and shipped with the team lead across several in-house products

The honest part — la parte real

- Insurance has rules you can’t code around — licensing, what an automation may say to a customer, what it can’t touch. You’ll learn them.

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years of strong Python
- Hands-on LLM automation — you’ve built agents or pipelines with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar, not just called an API once
- Browser automation (Playwright or Selenium) on real, messy sites you didn’t control
- REST API development — FastAPI preferred




- Solid SQL / PostgreSQL
- Comfortable with Git and Docker
- Professional English, written and spoken — daily work with the U.S. team is in English; Spanish is a plus for our customer-facing content
- Your own computer dedicated to this engagement (i7 / 16 GB RAM or equivalent), stable internet, and a quiet place to work
