At XB Franchise Solutions, we are expanding our Accounting & Audit team and looking for an Audit Analyst to join us.

In this role, you will work with financial information and accounting processes for U.S.-based franchise clients, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your accounting and financial analysis skills while gaining valuable international experience.

? About the Role The Audit Analyst will help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial information by analyzing data, reviewing financial reports and internal controls, and supporting accounting and audit processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Advanced English – required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Contpaq.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with financial information and meet deadlines.
- Interest in developing a career in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Analyze financial information and identify discrepancies or variances.
- Participate in monthly closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports for U.S. clients.
- Review accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply accounting principles and company procedures.
- Support audit activities and follow up on findings.
- Provide analysis that supports informed business decisions.
