Bilingual Intake Team Lead - English/Spanish

QUICK SUMMARY

Lead and develop an approximately 10 person remote intake team for a California employment law firm. You will oversee day-to-day performance, coach team members, monitor quality and compliance, improve intake processes, and step in when workflows or systems break down.

Compensation: $2,000 USD/month base + performance bonus up to $1,000 USD/month, plus 13th-month bonus and benefits.

Labor Law PC is a California plaintiff-side employment law firm representing employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.

We are a fully remote, international team built around clear communication, accountability, thoughtful systems, and treating clients as people - not case numbers.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on people leadership role, not simply a process or administrative position. You will lead approximately 10 team members across our Client Engagement, Intake Analysis, and Referral functions. You will be responsible for day-to-day performance, coaching, quality, compliance, and ensuring prospective clients move through the intake pipeline accurately and on time.

You will work closely with the Head of Intake, with increasing responsibility as you grow in the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and Develop the Team

- Provide day-to-day direction, accountability, and support
- Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions using a structured coaching model
- Build and track individual development plans
- Follow up on performance commitments and areas for improvement
- Lead the team through new processes, systems, and procedural changes

Own Quality and Compliance

- Review intake pipelines daily for accuracy, completeness, and deadlines
- Audit calls, intake files, communications, and documentation




- Identify errors or gaps before they become larger problems
- Monitor high-priority and time-sensitive matters
- Help develop and implement the firm's QA standards

Improve Performance and Processes

- Use QA data and audit results to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Help improve workflows, scripts, training, conversion, and lead quality
- Serve as the first escalation point when intake systems or workflows are not working properly

Communicate and Troubleshoot

- Communicate with prospective clients when needed in both English and Spanish
- Manage the shared Intake inbox
- Help troubleshoot CRM, technology, and workflow issues
- Provide Spanish/English translation or interpretation when needed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have

- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct responsibility for performance, conduct, and development
- 2+ years of relevant experience in team leadership, QA, coaching, intake, client services, or a similar environment
- Experience coaching employees and following through on development plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to audit work for accuracy and compliance
- Comfort learning and troubleshooting technology, CRMs, and workflow systems
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- Comfort working with AI tools
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Experience in law firm intake, legal services, client-facing quality, or a distributed international team is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base salary: $2,000 USD/month
- Performance bonus: Up to $1,000 USD/month
- 13th-month bonus, prorated during the first year
- $100/month health reimbursement after 90 days
- 8 paid holidays of your choice, prorated during the first year
- Adaptable PTO after 90 days
- Fully remote
