Bilingual Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) – Remote

We are looking for a creative, organized, tech-savvy bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant to become a long-term member of our team.

This is not primarily an administrative assistant position.

Your main responsibility will be helping us execute marketing, social media, graphic design, video content, website updates, and digital projects across a growing group of businesses in real estate, mortgage, construction/development, technology, and other industries.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning new technology, working with AI tools, and turning ideas into finished work.

What You'll Do

You will help with

- Creating social media graphics in Canva and othe similar tools
- Editing short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business
- Turning photos, videos, and ideas into polished marketing content
- Writing and adapting captions in English and Spanish
- Creating flyers, brochures, presentations, property marketing materials, and other graphics
- Maintaining social media content calendars
- Organizing photos, videos, logos, templates, and other marketing assets
- Making basic website and landing-page updates
- Helping build and update email marketing campaigns
- Performing online research
- Using AI tools to help create content, research ideas, improve copy, and work more efficiently
- Helping maintain CRM and marketing databases when needed
- Assisting with lead follow-up and marketing-related communication
- Tracking marketing projects and making sure tasks are completed on time
- Learning new software and helping us improve our workflows
- Supporting other digital and operational projects as the company grows

You do NOT need to already know every tool on this list. Experience with several of these is a strong advantage:
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video-editing software
- ChatGPT
- Grok and other AI tools
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Microsoft 365
- Teams
- Outlook
- OneDrive / SharePoint
- Google Workspace
- CRM systems




- WordPress and other website/landing-page platforms
- Social media scheduling tools
- n8n, Zapier, Make or other automation platforms
- AI image and video creation tools

We are especially interested in someone who enjoys experimenting with AI, automation, marketing technology, and new software.

Required

- Fluent or native Spanish
- Strong spoken and written English
- Strong Canva skills or similar graphic-design experience
- Experience creating social media content
- Comfortable editing short-form video
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable computer
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable communicating through video calls and messaging
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar software
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday work

This provides an opportunity to work on many different types of marketing rather than producing the same content every day.

Schedule

This is a remote position.

We are open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Central America, South America, or other locations with convenient overlap with U.S. Central Time.

We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship, not simply completing occasional freelance projects.

The position may begin with reduced hours and grow into a larger or full-time role based on performance, ability, and business needs.

Compensation

Starting compensation is approximately $500 USD per month, depending on experience, skills, availability, and expected weekly hours.

There is opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as you demonstrate your capabilities and grow with the organization.
