Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs
- Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process
- Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department
- Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands
- Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day

Requirements:

- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments




- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Availability to work onsite
