Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D models and documentation for architectural and construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Day-to-day activities include creating and updating architectural and MEP models, producing coordinated construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model consistency and quality.

The role involves detecting and resolving clashes, organizing model information, and supporting project teams with visualizations and technical documentation. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Guadalajara, JAL,



combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and data management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Modeler responsibilities, such as translating design concepts into detailed and accurate digital models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination to integrate building systems into BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in producing and reviewing Construction Drawings derived from BIM models, ensuring clarity and constructability.
- Proficiency with BIM software (e.g., Revit or similar), and familiarity with relevant standards and workflows.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans, with strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work setting.
- Relevant technical or architectural degree or certification; experience in architectural or construction projects in Mexico is a plus.
