We specialise in D colour round brilliants with FL, IF and VVS1 clarity and Triple Excellent cut, polish and symmetry. Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Brand Ambassador role representing FOX Lab Grown Diamonds internationally. The Brand Ambassador will communicate our brand values, product characteristics and the benefits of laboratory-grown diamonds to prospective customers, business partners and professional networks.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, answering product questions, communicating key diamond characteristics, supporting sales conversations and representing the FOX brand professionally across digital and professional channels. The role may also involve participating in online events, networking activities, product presentations and customer follow-up,



while gathering market feedback and sharing insights with the sales and marketing functions.

The Brand Ambassador will contribute to building brand awareness and establishing FOX Lab Grown Diamonds as a professional, transparent and internationally oriented laboratory-grown diamond company.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Excellent professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in diamonds, fine jewellery, luxury or sustainable products, with a willingness to learn technical diamond characteristics.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, hospitality, sales, business development or another customer-facing environment is valued.
- Experience representing a premium or luxury brand is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with CRM and digital communication tools is an advantage.
- High standards of professionalism, reliability, discretion and integrity.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a developing international brand.
