We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in sales operations to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on driving our sales process, enhancing CRM management, and supporting the expansion of our legal tech platform across multiple states. The adecuado candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of SaaS, and the ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule: 15 to 20 calls per week for the Account Executive's calendar through proactive outreach and CRM management.
- Manage the sales CRM to ensure data hygiene and process optimization.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients, particularly focusing on lawyers in various states.
- Assist in onboarding new lawyers onto the platform, providing necessary technical support.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure a seamless integration with our tech solutions.
- Provide insights and coaching to enhance sales strategies and processes, contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Operations role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and experience in managing CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and facilitating tech onboarding.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
