Position: Business Process Analyst

Location : Hybrid - Toluca Mexico ( 3 days per week need to go office)

Duration: Contract

Rate : DOE

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes operating models roles systems and information flows

Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather validate and document business and functional requirements

Create current state and future state process maps and identify improvement opportunities

Translate business needs into functional requirements user stories use cases and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with architects to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in functional and solution designs

Support operating model analysis including processes governance handoffs responsibilities and controls

Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of proposed process system or organizational changes

Maintain requirements traceability from initial business need through implementation and testing

Support backlog refinement and prioritizations with product owners and delivery teams

Work with QA teams to clarify acceptance criteria and validate that delivered functionality meets business expectations

Develop user guides training materials process documentation and operational procedures

Perform documentation quality control to ensure accuracy completeness consistency and compliance with defined standards





Support change management user readiness and process adoption activities To be successful in this role you should have

5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst Process Analyst Functional Analyst or similar professional

Strong experience in process mapping requirement definition and operating model analysis

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear actionable functional specifications

Experience writing user stories use cases acceptance criteria process flows and business rules

Strong understanding of Agile delivery and backlog management practices

Experience conducting workshops and working with business and technical stakeholders

Ability to perform gap analysis root cause analysis and change impact assessments

Strong documentation quality review communication and facilitation skills

Experience supporting testing user acceptance testing and business readiness activities

Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Nice to have skills

Experience supporting cloud AI data or digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation or BPMN

Familiarity with Jira Confluence Visio Azure DevOps or similar tools

Business analysis certification such as CBAP CCBA PMIPBA or equivalent

Experience developing training and change management materials
