You will be based in Queretaro or Guadalajara, and be a part of the ADMX (Americas Delivery Mexico) team, serving our clients with international operations.

Work you’ll do:

As a Business Technology Intern, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at Deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an Analyst.

The Business Technology Intern serves as the bridge between business and technology. Interns are expected to demonstrate critical thinking, leadership skills, and a strong foundation in problem-solving.



They thrive on implementing and deploying technology solutions tailored to meet unique industry business processes and regulatory requirements.

The Team

Our ADMX team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex challenges. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading practices and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, and deploy leading technology.

Required Qualifications:

- Full time availability
- Advanced English Level
- Location Guadalajara or Queretaro
- Must be legally authorized to pursue a professional career in Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s degree completed or anticipated completion by December 2025 or June/July 2026 in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Digital Business Strategy or related areas of study

Preferred Qualifications:

- Critical thinking,
- Attention to detail
- Agile Methodologies
- Passionate about technology and solving problems
- Knowledge in programming languages like: Python, SQL, R or Java
- Knowledge in systems development, lifecycle and application tools
- Strong academic track record (recommended 7/10 GPA or equivalent)
- Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
- Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
- Technology interest, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence,



strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
