We're looking for a Casino Operations Manager to oversee our online casino product performance, coordinate relationships with game providers, and support promotional initiatives. In the initial stage, you'll also cover hands-on operational tasks directly while the team is being built.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day online casino operations and product performance
- Coordinate and manage relationships with game providers and vendors
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks directly during the initial ramp-up, until a dedicated specialist is hired
- Support the design and execution of promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing, Payments, and Technology teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in online casino, iGaming, or digital entertainment operations
- Experience managing vendor/provider relationships
- Comfortable working hands-on, not just managing a team
- Available to work on-site in Monterrey
- Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry is a plus, though not required
- 123GO México operates under a license granted by Mexico's Secretaría de Gobernación (SEGOB) and within the country's applicable legal and regulatory framework.
