Chief Executive Officer / General Director – Automotive Dealership Group

We are seeking a C-Level automotive executive to lead the full business performance of a major dealership operation in Mexico.

This role carries complete responsibility for the company’s commercial, operational, and financial results. The executive will lead the business as a whole, with direct accountability for growth, profitability, organizational performance, brand relationships, and long-term value creation.

The idóneo candidate has already operated at the highest level within automotive dealerships, dealer groups, authorized distribution networks, or large automotive retail organizations.

The Mandate

Lead the business with full ownership of:

- Overall P&L; and enterprise performance
- Revenue growth and EBITDA
- New vehicle operations
- Pre-owned vehicles
- F&I;
- Aftersales
- Service and parts
- Customer experience
- Manufacturer relationships
- Organizational structure and senior leadership
- Strategic expansion
- Capital allocation and investment decisions
- Market positioning and competitive performance

This executive will work directly with owners, shareholders, Board members, manufacturers, financial partners, and senior stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of dealership economics and profitability drivers
- Proven ability to make high-impact strategic decisions

Industry Requirement

This search is focused specifically on executives from:

Automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and authorized automotive retail operations.

This is not a role for executives whose experience is limited to automotive manufacturing, suppliers, leasing, or mobility businesses without direct dealership leadership experience.

- Base compensation: approximately MXN $400,000 per month
