We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cleaning Company Sales Rep to support the daily operations of a growing US-based home service business. This role combines customer service, sales, scheduling, lead follow-up, and administrative support. They will play an important role in keeping daily operations organized and ensuring both customers and cleaning teams have the support they need.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Answering inbound calls from homeowners interested in cleaning services
- Conducting friendly discovery conversations and closing bookings on the first call
- Following up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Coordinating schedules between clients and cleaning staff
- Handling day-to-day operational tasks — scheduling, customer inquiries, CRM updates
- Solving problems independently and keeping the business running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- B2+ English. You will be on the phone with US homeowners daily
- Proven background in sales, inbound calling,



appointment setting, or customer service with real closing experience
- Warm, confident, and persuasive personality
- Self-starter who can figure things out without constant direction
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats depending on what the business needs
- Reliable internet and electricity, quiet workspace, and professional setup
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it fast

Compensation & Benefits Base: $6.50 USD/Hour

Bonus: $100+ per month base on performance

Shift: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM PST
