Collections Manager

We are looking for a

Collections Manager to lead our Collections operation, drive team performance, and ensure key targets, KPIs, and service levels are consistently met.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 4–5 years of experience as a Manager, Team Leader, or Head of Collections.

- Experience in

Contact Center operations

.

- Proven experience leading and managing teams.

- Advanced English proficiency

(C1–C2)

.

- Strong experience managing

KPIs and SLAs

.

- Knowledge of regulations applicable to Collections.

- Experience in portfolio management and account allocation.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the day-to-day Collections operation.

- Manage team performance and ensure targets are met.

- Monitor and analyze

KPIs and SLAs

.

- Develop and follow up on collection strategies.

- Manage portfolio and account allocation based on operational needs.

- Prepare and present performance reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, processes, and regulations.
