At Stori, we’re looking for a Communications & Vendor Operations Manager to help transform the way we communicate with customers throughout the collections journey.

This is a strategic role for someone who combines operations, technology, automation, vendor management, and data-driven decision making and is excited to build scalable solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

What will you do?

? Lead the strategy and execution of digital collections communications across WhatsApp, SMS, bulk messaging, and email throughout different stages of delinquency.

? Drive automation and process optimization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer engagement.

? Own the relationship with key technology partners, including CRM, dialer, and digital communications platforms.

? Manage external vendors, including performance, SLAs, integrations, transitions, and market scouting for new solutions.

? Lead the evolution toward conversational automation and bots, including solutions for advanced delinquency stages, payment plans, discounts, and other customer benefits.

? Oversee the creation and approval of digital collections scripts, ensuring alignment with Mexico’s collections regulatory framework.

? Lead a centralized team, managing objectives, capacity, efficiency,



headcount, and automation initiatives.

What are we looking for?

✅ Experience in product management and/or end-to-end project management

✅ Strong experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination

✅ Hands-on knowledge of dialers and digital communication platforms

✅ Understanding of collections regulations in Mexico

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Advanced Excel; SQL or BI tools are a plus

✅ Intermediate-advanced English

✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

✅ A continuous-improvement mindset and genuine interest in automation and technology

✅ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment
