You will be the operational backbone of a high-volume content workflow, managing the scheduling and distribution of 50+ short-form videos per week across multiple social platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of upload schedules, cross-platform posting, and daily engagement activities that directly impact content performance. You will free up critical time for campaign growth by handling the administrative bottlenecks that come with managing multiple social accounts simultaneously.

Client Overview:

Our client is a freelance content creator specializing in high-volume paid social media content for brands. They produce approximately 10 videos daily across multiple platforms and are scaling their operations to handle increased campaign volume. This role supports their growing content distribution efforts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage bulk scheduling and posting of 50+ videos weekly across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels using Buffer and native platform schedulers
- Coordinate upload sessions by organizing content into strategic posting schedules spread across optimal times and dates
- Handle daily engagement activities by spending 30 minutes per day actively engaging with niche-relevant content and audiences
- Follow targeted accounts and interact with content in specific niches (AI and productivity tools) to build organic reach




- Manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously while maintaining platform-specific best practices
- Use Meta Business Suite for Facebook content scheduling and TikTok's native scheduler to minimize shadow ban risk
- Coordinate communication through Discord servers for each campaign
- Monitor and maintain posting workflows to ensure consistent content distribution without bottlenecks

Must-Have Requirements:

- Proven experience managing social media scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
- Hands-on experience with Buffer scheduling platform
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok's native scheduler
- Ability to manage high-volume content workflows (50+ posts per week)
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate uploads across multiple platforms and time zones
- Experience with daily social media engagement and community management
- Comfortable working with Discord for campaign communication
- Availability to work EST time zone hours

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

- Candidates based in Latin America are preferred, given optimal time zone alignment with US audiences.
- Experience with short-form video content (under 60 seconds) is a plus.




- Prior experience supporting content creators or freelancers is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with platform-specific best practices to avoid shadow banning is beneficial.
