About the Role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive manufacturing improvements through Lean methodologies, structured problem-solving, and data analysis. This role partners with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and shopfloor teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and process stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support root cause analysis for production and process issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Execute improvement projects, Kaizen events, trials, and pilot activities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Validate improvement solutions and monitor KPI performance.
- Support shopfloor implementation and ensure improvements are standardized and sustainable.
- Develop and maintain A3 reports, standard work, process documentation, and improvement case studies.
- Conduct Gemba walks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards, presentations, and project updates for management.
- Coach engineers, technicians, and operators in Lean tools and problem-solving methods.

Qualifications
- English: Upper-Intermediate proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Engineer:



1–4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, continuous improvement, or data analysis.
- Senior Engineer: 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading improvement projects.
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma, and Standard Work.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, takt time, cycle time, bottlenecks, OEE, SPC, and BOMs.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar data-analysis tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and engage directly with shopfloor personnel.
- Willingness to work on-site in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with dashboards, basic statistical analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Experience conducting Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and improvement workshops.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
