Creative Marketing and Project Management Intern

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing and Project Management Intern to join our team and support multiple fashion, architecture, hospitality and luxury-focused accounts.

This is a remote role for someone who combines a strong visual eye with organization, initiative and project management skills

. You’ll support creative production while helping keep projects, deadlines, assets, approvals and follow-ups moving across different clients.

What you’ll be doing

- Create and adapt visual content for social media, newsletters, presentations, flyers, invitations, reports and other marketing/PR materials.
- Support multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Help organize deadlines, deliverables, approvals, pending assets and next steps.
- Follow up on information, feedback and materials needed to complete projects.
- Support newsletter and content production, from organizing information to visual execution.
- Draft short client communications, follow-ups and social media copy in English and Spanish.
- Assist with research, content planning, project trackers and day-to-day marketing and PR needs.
- Review materials before delivery to ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
- Adapt content across different formats and platforms, including social media, email marketing, presentations and digital assets.





We’re looking for someone who

- Has a strong creative eye and understands how to translate ideas and brand direction into clear, polished and engaging visual content.
- Is confident using Canva and creating premium visual content.
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable following up when information is missing.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish .

- Is comfortable working across different content formats for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and digital campaigns.
- Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

, as these tools are essential for day-to-day project organization, reporting, presentations and content management.

- Understands that strong creative work also requires structure, communication and follow-through.

- LinkedIn

Experience using AI tools or creative AI platforms is a plus .

Nice to have

Experience or interest in fashion, luxury, architecture, hospitality, PR, social media, video editing or editorial content is a plus.
