Customer Relations / Seller Success — Wholesale Real Estate (Acquisitions Background Required)

Remote | Full-Time | Direct Hire | 5 days/week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Optional paid 6th day available | $5.00–$7.00/hour + $50 per closed deal | OTE up to $1,955/month

INS Home Buyers is a nationwide wholesale real estate company. We're hiring a Customer Relations VA to own the full seller experience — from signed contract to funded close. You are the seller's primary point of contact and the reason they stay in the deal.

U.S. wholesale real estate experience is required. If you don't have it, do not apply — your application will be rejected. This is not a role you can learn on the job. You need to already understand how a wholesale deal works, what a seller is going through between contract and close, and why deals fall apart.

Read this part carefully. Sellers get cold feet. They get nervous. They stop answering the phone. Your job is to make sure that doesn't happen — through consistent contact, straight answers, and trust built call by call. You'll need to hear hesitation before the seller says it out loud, address concerns calmly, and keep them confident all the way to the closing table. When a seller goes quiet, that's on you to catch early and fix. Nobody chases you for updates.

This is not a general VA role. General VAs, admin assistants, customer service reps without real estate background, and "I learn fast" candidates will not be considered.

What You Own

- Primary point of contact for every seller from contract signing through funded close
- Proactive seller updates at every stage — they hear from you before they have to ask
- Address seller concerns and hesitation the moment they surface
- Keep sellers committed and confident from signing to closing table




- Book notaries and schedule photos, walkthroughs, inspections, and showings
- Coordinate with buyers, notaries, and vendors to keep files moving
- Manage a full pipeline of active files with the CRM current daily
- Flag at-risk sellers and missing steps to the team the day you spot them, not after the deal dies

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- 1+ year in U.S. wholesale real estate — acquisitions or seller-facing customer relations. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
- Direct experience talking with U.S. sellers by phone
- Phone-based experience handling objections and difficult conversations
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be on the phone with U.S. sellers every day
- Proactive by default: you follow up three times before anyone asks you once
- Highly organized, detail-driven, strong CRM discipline
- Able to manage a full pipeline independently with no close supervision
- Able to hold U.S. Eastern hours long-term
- Stable internet with backup connection, backup power, headset, quiet workspace

The Schedule 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST. A 6th day is optional and paid at the same hourly rate — take it if you want the extra earnings, skip it if you don't. Top earners working 6 days at the high end of the pay range with a strong close month reach $1,955/month.
