The Logistics Operative will be responsible for receiving shipping instructions and following customer-specific guidelines in the preparation, coordination, and transmission of export and import transactions, with a primary focus on airfreight export operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with carriers, airlines, and origin and destination agents.

- Prepare, issue, and process export airway bills

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer and operational requirements.

- Transmit export shipment information and airway bills to SAT as required.

- Coordinate the

EUR.1 movement certificate and other certificates and documentation required for import operations.

- Download and review

CASS (Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems)

information and documentation.

- Review and follow customer-specific

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

.

- Ensure compliance with

TSA requirements and ACE Quality Assurance Standards

.

- Coordinate special shipments, including perishables such as medicines and samples

, when required.





- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, agents, and customers throughout the shipment process.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in

International Affairs, Logistics, International Business, or a related field

.

- Previous experience in airfreight, logistics, or freight forwarding

.

- Experience in airfreight export (Expo) is strongly preferred

.

- Experience in airfreight import (Impo) is desirable, but the position requires greater experience and exposure to airfreight export operations

.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

- Advanced English speaking ability is required.

Economic Offer

- NET Salary:

$18,000–$20,000 MXN per month

2 days of Home Office after completing 6 months with the company

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
