The CS jr is a supporting role for Operations Team. Those duties will include, but not exclusive to: Data Entry, creating service tickets.

Managing small customer orders from order entry through punch list.

Supporting ongoing projects, overseas shipments, Order tracking and Installations, Site visit.

CS jr will be an opportunity to learn should an opening become available on the PM Team, then they can apply for that position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supporting the PM and Installations Team.

Printing any necessary documents and making sure they are given to Dispatch or Field Operation, Logistics and Duties for installers coordination. Assisting on site installations and support to logistics/traffic team.

Daily Duties/Logistics:

Communicates order status, scheduling of orders for delivery/installation, and punch list resolution to customers, Ops and Front office.

Pulling permits COIs,



keeping track of needed docs for installations and services, managing schedule of technicians and replenishment products.

Communicates with installation team regarding project details, punch lists, stock items and replenishments.

Invoicing Reports, Project close outs.

Initiates and oversees deliveries and installations; provides order management on all work, site visit, installation logistics and shipments.

Provides accurate and timely response to customer questions on all aspects, internal status of ongoing projects.

Requirements:

- Proicient in all MS Of ice programs.
- Good communication and time management.
