We are seeking a Cyber Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a global Cybersecurity Consultant. This role will serve as a central coordination point between programme leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring that recovery, resilience, governance, and cultural change initiatives are executed effectively.The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, project coordination, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to help drive critical cyber resilience initiatives across a general organization. What you will work on

You will play a key role in supporting cyber recovery and resilience initiatives by:

- Supporting cyber recovery planning, resilience assessments, governance activities, and programme reporting.
- Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for Cyber Recovery and Cyber Culture initiatives.
- Coordinating actions, approvals, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder requests across multiple workstreams.
- Preparing executive presentations, leadership updates, steering committee materials, and programme reports.
- Managing project documentation, SharePoint repositories, version control processes, and centralized tracking tools.
- Providing PMO and administrative support to ensure effective programme governance and execution.
- Supporting cyber awareness, training, communication, and behavioral change initiatives within the Cyber Culture programme.
- Maintaining programme dashboards,



metrics, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
- Partnering with senior programme leaders to track priorities, monitor progress, escalate risks, and drive follow-up actions.
- Facilitating collaboration between business, technology, cybersecurity, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts focused on cyber resilience, recovery preparedness, and organizational readiness.

What you will bring Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within Cyber Security, Cyber Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Resilience, Risk Management, or Technology Transformation programmes.
- 5+years of experience supporting Cyber Recovery, Cyber Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated willingness to support the engagement for at least six months
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and dependencies across complex initiatives.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations and leadership communications.
- Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, dashboard management, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites, project documentation, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting programme governance, PMO activities, reporting, and project coordination functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management, and recovery readiness assessments.
