We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Mérida.

? English: B2/C1

? Full-time | Weekends may be required

? What we're looking for:

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent spoken English and customer communication skills
- Strong listening, empathy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across different systems
- CRM experience is a plus
- Sales support, cross-selling, lead follow-up or healthcare/homecare experience is a plus

? Main responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Respond to web and email inquiries
- Provide information about services, pricing and processes
- Schedule in-home assessments
- Update customer information and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Full schedule availability is mandatory.

Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM CST

After training: Monday–Sunday, between 8:30 AM–11:30 PM CST. Two days off will be assigned according to operational needs.
