We have the following Vacancy available.

· Exceed customer on time pickup and delivery expectations, have a proactive analysis to prevent failures, etc.

· Being consistent, professional, effective, courteous in the communication with the customers and carriers, with respect in difficult situations, etc.

· Ensure and create the RC for the carriers.

· Appoint and schedule with shipper and receivers, update the system as needed.





· Monitor the account and be close with the operation manager to have changes for the best of the account.

· Track and trace

· Notify Shipper proactively before they ask.

· Have a knowledge of the geographic from Mexico, USA and Canada.

· Knowledge of Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

· Bilingual (Mandatory)

· Outstanding interpersonal abilities

· 1+ years' of experience in a related role.

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Self organised

· Logistics Industry experience

Sueldo: $28,500.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
