Customer Supply Chain Administrator | Monterrey, Mexico

Fastenal is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Administrator to support strategic supply chain initiatives and deliver exceptional service to key customers. This role combines supply chain management, procurement, data analysis, inventory management, and customer support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Location: Plaza Crisoles en Centrika, Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site)Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing, quoting, and procurement activities for new and existing products.
- Review customer requirements and RFQs, collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, engineering teams, and sales teams to provide effective solutions.
- Support inventory planning and fulfillment activities, including order placement, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency projects.
- Analyze operational and supply chain data using Excel and Power BI to identify opportunities for improvement and generate business insights.
- Respond to customer requests and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Participate in the implementation of new business processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track, measure,



and report the value generated through supply chain management activities for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support operational success and long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and Power BI.
- Degree or background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- U.S. Visa and valid driver's license are desirable.
