We are looking for an experienced and analytical Debugger Technician to join our test and diagnostics team on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will perform component-level troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis on complex electronic assemblies (PCBs), server boards, or telecommunications hardware that fail functional or in-circuit testing.

The Profile & Requirements:

- Education: Associate Degree (TSU), Technical High School, or Engineering degree (completed or in progress) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting, debug, and repair of electronic circuit boards inside an EMS/electronics manufacturing environment.
- Language: Intermediate English (Ability to read schematics, component datasheets, write technical debug reports, and communicate failure trends).

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

- Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex PCBA failures down to the specific component level (capacitors, ICs,



BGAs, microprocessors, trace opens/shorts).
- Bench Diagnostics: Utilize advanced electronic diagnostic tools (Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Function Generators, Spectrum Analyzers) to isolate circuit anomalies.
- Schematic Tracing: Read and navigate electronic schematics, BOMs, and PCB layouts (using Cadence Allegro or similar layout viewers) to trace signal paths.
- Floor Collaboration: Work closely with Test Engineers, Quality Teams, and Repair Technicians to implement corrective actions and prevent defect escapes.
- Technical Reporting: Log detailed failure analysis findings, defect codes, and technical feedback in the internal MES / tracking systems.

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Diagnostic Hardware: High proficiency using Oscilloscopes, DMMs, and signal probes.
- Schematics & Tools: Ability to interpret complex electronic schematics and use CAD/PCB layout viewers (Cadence Allegro is a major plus).
- Testing Exposure: Familiarity with test platforms such as Functional Test (FVT), ICT (HP3070/Teradyne), or Flying Probe.
- Quality Standards: Soldering IPC-A-610 standards and ESD control knowledge.
