As an AI & Data Science Consultant at Capgemini, you will help organizations unlock the value of their data by designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Advanced Analytics solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using data-driven approaches and innovative AI technologies.

You will contribute to the development of predictive models, Generative AI solutions, intelligent automation capabilities, and advanced analytics platforms while supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Artificial

Intelligence & Machine Learning

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions that address business needs.

Develop and maintain ML pipelines supporting model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Support the lifecycle of AI solutions from experimentation to production deployment.

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

Perform statistical analysis, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.

Implement responsible AI practices, governance controls, and model monitoring processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable AI and Data Science solutions.





Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure data availability and model integration.

Data-driven innovator – Passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

Continuous learner – Stays current with evolving AI, ML, and Data Science trends.

Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:

Scikit-Learn

TensorFlow

PyTorch

Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis techniques.

Experience working with SQL and large-scale datasets.

Knowledge of feature engineering, data preparation, and model evaluation methodologies.

Experience creating data visualizations and communicating analytical findings.

Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional environments.

Experience with cloud platforms such as:

Microsoft Azure

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.

Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or modern data platforms.

Familiarity with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.

Experience with Data Engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
