Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Architect, Database Engineer, or Senior Database Specialist in complex and distributed environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, including architecture, administration, performance, scalability, and high availability.
- Proven experience designing and implementing MongoDB Sharding in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of distributed database architecture, NoSQL technologies, data partitioning, replication, and scalability strategies.
- Expertise in shard key design and selection, data distribution, collection architecture, load balancing, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of Replica Sets, Config Servers, Mongos Routers, and MongoDB distributed architectures.
- Experience conducting architecture assessments, technical validations, performance testing, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
- Experience defining technical standards, architecture guidelines, implementation roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, technology vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.




- Advanced spoken and written English is required for technical communication with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with mission-critical, high-availability, infrastructure, or large-scale data environments is highly desirable.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and gather, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models.
- Design and document functional solutions aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure the functional consistency and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis through implementation.
- Participate in functional reviews, requirement validation, and solution discussions with business users and integral teams.
- Support system integration initiatives by defining functional requirements and maintaining relevant technical and functional documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
