We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Delivery Operations Analyst to support a Delivery Management Team responsible for company-wide planning, project management, and customer billing for consulting and support/help desk services. This is a key role involved in all aspects of the team's business administration, from new customer intake to services planning to billing, and it is primarily responsible for services billing processes, timesheet review, utilization monitoring, and accurate project data for customer reporting and internal production planning. You will collaborate closely with consultants, project managers, and leadership, reporting directly to the manager of the Project Delivery Team, with the potential for a long-term relationship with a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing - Review and validate timesheets for customer services and internal projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project activities

- Assist Project Managers with project reviews, including time entries, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Manage full lifecycle invoicing, including preparation, adjustments, and invoicing
- Assist in monitoring billable and non-billable utilization, and flag gaps or risks
- Monitor customer invoice payments and follow up on outstanding payments
- Deliver and maintain daily and weekly utilization reporting for all teams
- Prepare project analytics per customer and customer profitability reporting for fixed-price services




- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
- Ensure projects and activities are set up correctly to support accurate time tracking and reporting
- Audit Project IDs, activity mappings, and categories within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for consistency
- Support Delivery and Leadership with internal improvement projects designed to standardize project and activity setup
- Perform ongoing quality checks across timesheets, data, and activity usage
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential revenue leakage, and collaborate with Project Managers to resolve them or report them to leadership
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen data accuracy
- Provide ongoing guidance to new team members and support compliance with internal standards
- Reinforce standards and consistency across delivery teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of delivery operations best practices Qualifications - Experience in consulting services and customer-facing billing roles, including timesheet quality assurance, utilization analysis, or project data validation where accurate time capture directly impacts billing readiness and revenue
- Experience in services or product delivery operations, project administration,



or business analysis within a professional services or consulting environment
- Proficiency with reporting tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to audit and validate data accurately
- Friendly, effective communication with customers, and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (consultants, project managers, and leadership)
- Ability to follow up on outstanding items, enforce standards, and ensure deadlines (such as timesheet submissions) are met in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; proactive and process-oriented
- Adaptable, with a willingness to grow with the role as responsibilities expand
- Experience with AI and/or automation tools and systems is a plus
- Billing system experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) is a plus, or willingness to learn Related Fields of Study - Business Administration
