DevOps Infrastructure as Code Engineer

? Location: Toluca, Mexico

? Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

? Experience: 5–7 years

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure as Code Engineer to design, automate, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop reusable Terraform modules, pipeline templates, deployment scripts, and configurations
- Standardize build, testing, security scanning, release, and deployment processes
- Implement automated quality gates, security checks, approvals, and deployment validations
- Support containerized and cloud-native workloads
- Manage configurations across development, testing, staging, and production
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure, networking, and environment inconsistencies
- Embed DevSecOps controls into CI/CD and IaC workflows
- Support secrets management, access controls, vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational readiness practices
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and recovery procedures
- Drive automation, self-service, reliability, and continuous improvement

✅ Must-Have Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering,



or Infrastructure Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Experience developing reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components
- Strong understanding of Git workflows, automated testing, releases, deployment strategies, and rollback
- Knowledge of containers, cloud-native architecture, configuration management, and environment management
- Understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, least privilege, secrets management, and compliance
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong technical documentation skills

- Observability and monitoring tools
