Position: DevOps IaC Engineer

Location : Hybrid - Toluca Mexico ( 3 days per week need to go office)

Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain secure CICD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments

Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code principles and reusable components

Collaborate with developers QA engineers AI engineers integration specialists data engineers UXUI teams and security specialists

Standardize build test security scanning release and deployment processes

Develop reusable pipeline templates infrastructure modules deployment scripts and environment configurations

Manage configuration across development testing staging and production environments

Implement automated quality gates security checks approval controls and deployment validations

Support containerized workload deployment and cloud native runtime environments

Troubleshoot build failures deployment issues infrastructure defects network problems and environment inconsistencies

Embed security controls into CICD and Infrastructure as Code workflows

Support access controls secrets management vulnerability remediation patching and compliance requirements

Implement monitoring logging alerting and operational readiness practices

Maintain technical documentation runbooks configuration standards and recovery procedures





Promote automation self service capabilities reliability and continuous improvement across engineering teams To be successful in this role you should have

5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps cloud engineering platform engineering or infrastructure automation

Strong Handson experience with CICD pipeline design and implementation

Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code

Ability to develop reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components

Strong understanding of Git workflows automated testing releases deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms

Knowledge of containerization cloud native architecture environment management and configuration management

Understanding of Develops security scanning least privilege secrets management and policy compliance

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Ability to document infrastructure processes standards and operational procedures

Nice to have skills

Handson knowledge of Terraform

Experience with AWS services Docker Kubernetes or managed container platforms

Familiarity with GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins Azure DevOps or similar CICD tools

Experience with observability tools automated compliance checks and policy as code

Relevant AWS Terraform Kubernetes or DevOps certifications
