Your Main Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage the brand's social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Content Creation

- Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Support the creation and localization of general marketing materials for the local market.
- Review and ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Analytics and Reporting

- Track and report on key marketing KPIs, providing regular performance updates to the team.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support A/B testing and other optimization initiatives.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and localize campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotional actions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.




- Previous experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Hands on experience with social media management tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Strong eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or equivalent.
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced international environment.
