The Role For compensation surveys,
Compensation Surveys/Industry
- Provides end-to-end leadership for an RDI (Rewards Data Intelligence) industry sector, planning, building, and leading industry client communities.
- Recognized internally as an RDI industry Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Develops the annual industry business plan and leads its implementation at the country and/or sub-regional level.
- Commercial management: Develops, monitors, and reviews lead generation plans to drive profitable product growth.
- Collaborates across Lines of Business to identify key large TMO opportunities.
- Partners with Product Development to ensure surveys reflect current industry issues, trends, and changes.
- Develops, monitors, and oversees the implementation of general and regional industry business plans, while participating in or leading relevant WTW groups.
- Holds overall accountability for the end-to-end survey process, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
For consulting projects
- Lead large consulting projects with RDI colleagues and W&R; consultants with data & analysis, data interpretation, reports and presentations constructions to deliver projects to high level HR or business leaders.
Others
- Manages own time effectively, organizing work to deliver on agreed-upon deadlines and within budget guidelines. Produces error-free work (e.g., questionnaires,
spreadsheet templates, data loading/validation, report components, final sponsor and participant reports) following Rewards Data Intelligence standards. Uses surveys and/or public documents to compile market data.
- Accepts accountability for assigned contributions to collective efforts, works effectively with differing interpersonal and work styles. Adapts to new situations such as teams, projects or work processes with a positive attitude. Seeks information to clarify personal accountability in change processes, demonstrates an openness to change processes.

The Requirements
- 10 years of strong experience in compensation, consultant, client service.
- Strong Business Acumen and Commercial skills
- High technical compensation &
benefits background
- Demonstrate client service focus and flexibility in supporting internal client requests
- Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate written and spoken with internal colleagues or external clients in Spanish and English fluently.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Complete multiple projects at one time, with very tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with PowerPoint.
- To be “learning oriented”
