The Senior Data

Analyst serves as the strategic bridge between business operations and technology, driving enterprise-wide analytics, process improvement, and data governance initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, optimize cross-functional workflows, and deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance. Beyond reporting, this role owns end-to-end business analysis initiatives — from identifying business challenges and gathering requirements to implementing solutions and measuring post-launch success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, documentation, and solution design.
- Own end-to-end business improvement initiatives, from problem identification through implementation and post-launch performance measurement.

Business Intelligence & Executive Reporting

- Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards,



and reporting frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports using DOMO, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and other business intelligence platforms.

Data Analytics & Strategic Insights

- Perform advanced analysis to uncover business trends, operational risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Develop forecasting models, historical trend analyses, and business performance projections.

Automation & Data Engineering

- Design and implement reporting automation using SQL, Python, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, APIs, and related technologies.
- Improve reporting efficiency by developing automated workflows, ETL processes, and scalable data pipelines.

Leadership, Collaboration & Business Partnership

- Partner closely with department leaders to understand business objectives and reporting requirements.
- Coach and advise managers on KPI development, performance measurement, dashboard utilization, and data literacy.

Workforce Analytics & Data Governance

- Partner with Human Resources on workforce analytics, organizational planning, and people-related reporting.
- Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards to ensure consistency, quality, security, and integrity across reporting systems.

Experience

- Core Data Analyst: 12- 15 years
- Crossfunctional Multi team 8 years
- Direct hands on, tool experience: SQL + Power BI + Excel 8 years
