The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for maximizing Murata's sales and market share across assigned distribution accounts within the LATAM region. This position owns the distributor relationship and collaborates with key stakeholders, guided by Murata's long-standing Voice-of-Customer philosophy.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Serve as the primary liaison between Murata and its distribution partners, acting as the regional business owner for assigned accounts and territories.
- Drive regional sales growth by managing the design-registration funnel and enabling distributor branches to position and sell Murata solutions across the MTX&LATAM; region.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within distributor organizations and customer accounts.
- Conduct virtual and in-person business reviews to evaluate distributor performance, identify improvement opportunities, establish strategic priorities, and develop action plans.
- Drive demand creation by identifying new business opportunities and supporting design-in and design-win activities in collaboration with FAEs, Product Divisions, and other technical teams.
- Establish, monitor, and review key performance indicators, including Point of Sale, new business opportunities, design registrations, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare accurate forecasts by analyzing market conditions, customer trends, distributor feedback, and business intelligence across the MTX&LATAM; territory.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the electronics industry, preferably with experience in distributor management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to grow into a people management role in the future.
- Analytical skills.
- Availability for occasional travel.
