Este Puesto Reporta a EL Sales Support Manager - Commercial Operations

Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization EL / Retail and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid

This role is based in Mexico and supports the Marketing and Sales Organization in the US.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

- Review and process Cash App output files to ensure accurate categorization prior to routing them to the appropriate processing teams.




- Leverage customer portals to validate transaction categorization and enhance records with additional details as needed.
- Proactively identify open AR items, unapplied credits, and overdue balances to support account reconciliation efforts.
- Create workflows for clearing disputes realted to retail accounts.
- Identify process gaps, handoff risks, and operational bottlenecks across workflows.
- Recommend and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications for the role

- You have 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support Role
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft tools.
- Degree in Business, Administration or Engeneering
- You are at ease communicating in English
