Electromechanical Engineer – Aluminum Beverage Can Manufacturing

Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour + Over time

We are seeking Electromechanical Engineers with hands-on experience in aluminum beverage can manufacturing to join a manufacturing operation in Muncie, Indiana.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not a desk-only position. Engineers in this position work directly with manufacturing equipment, production processes, and production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot problems, support equipment performance, and improve manufacturing operations.

We are particularly interested in engineers who have developed their experience in aluminum beverage can manufacturing or comparable high-speed manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do

- Work directly with high-speed manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment failures and recurring production problems to identify root causes.
- Support equipment reliability, efficiency, quality, and production goals.
- Work directly with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,



or a closely related engineering field.
- Professional license/Cédula Profesional associated with the qualifying degree.
- Hands-on industrial manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience in aluminum beverage can manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with industrial manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience identifying equipment failures and performing root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English communication skills sufficient to communicate effectively in a U.S. manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Muncie, Indiana.

Experience with 2-piece aluminum beverage can manufacturing equipment or processes is especially valuable. Schedule & Pay

- $25.00–$27.00 per hour
- Rotating schedule of approximately 36 hours one week and 48 hours the following week
- Additional schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
