About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Lead to lead and coordinate enterprise technology and digitalization projects supporting manufacturing operations in Mexico.

This is a business-facing leadership position focused on project ownership, enterprise tools, digitalization, automation, service support, and coordination across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an IFS expert , but should have strong experience working across enterprise applications, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving technology-enabled business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and coordinate enterprise application and digitalization projects from definition through delivery.
- Lead projects focused on automation, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency .
- Coordinate internal teams, general stakeholders, vendors, and technical partners.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to generate cost savings, efficiencies, and business value through technology.
- Coordinate service support and ensure appropriate follow-up of business and application issues.
- Work with enterprise tools, applications, automation platforms, and ERP environments.
- Support ERP transformation and migration initiatives, including the transition to IFS Cloud .
- Translate business needs into actionable technology and project requirements.
- Provide visibility to management on project progress, risks, results, and business impact.
- Help establish and improve ticket/service management processes and standards .
- Lead cross-functional initiatives without necessarily having direct people-management responsibility.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, IT/business systems,



project management, or a related field.
- Strong experience owning and coordinating enterprise projects from start to finish.
- Experience with digitalization, automation, process improvement, or technology transformation .
- Experience working with enterprise applications and business tools; IFS experience is a plus, not a requirement .
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience with service support, ticket management, or IT service environments.
- Ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and measurable business impact .
- Experience in manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, metal, aluminum, copper, steel, or assembly environments is highly relevant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field.

First-Year Expectations During the first year, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Successfully deliver and coordinate enterprise projects .
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Identify and contribute to global cost savings and efficiency opportunities .
- Establish strong coordination between business, technology, and global teams.
- Strengthen service support and project execution processes.

Important IFS expertise is not mandatory.

We are looking for a leader who understands the enterprise applications ecosystem , can own projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive digitalization and automation, and translate technology into measurable business results.

Experience in complex manufacturing environments such as automotive, metals, aluminum, copper, steel, and assembly operations will be highly valued.
