Enterprise Mobility Engineer (DWP Mobility)

Engagement Overview

We are seeking a skilled DWP Mobility Engineer to support the lifecycle management and operational integrity of our Enterprise Mobility services. This contractor will work closely with internal teams and global vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, manage device/service provisioning, and ensure high-quality delivery of mobility products and services.

The engagement requires strong operational discipline, technical proficiency in mobility support, and the ability to maintain consistent service levels within a multi-vendor environment.

Scope of Services The contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, provisioning, and administrative governance of regional Enterprise Mobility services, ensuring business continuity and process excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, STEM majors, or equivalent professional experience.




- +7 YoE experience in supporting mobility users and services leveraging standard industry platforms.
- Significant experience in IT operational roles, specifically within mobility device and services management.
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks.
- Proven experience with IT expense management, specifically regarding telecom and related solutions.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data lookups).
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
